Management Team
CHANDER K. MADAN
CEO and FounderChander holds a Bachelor of Commerce (Hons) from Delhi University and a CFA Charter from the Institute of Chartered Financial Analysts of India. He has 25+ years of experience in general management, finance, and operations at leading US and Indian organizations such as HP and NIIT. At HP, he served as Vice President and General Manager for Commercial Systems. He was responsible for the overall business performance of the HP Business PC, Workstations, and Remote Client Solutions product lines in Asia Pacific region. Prior to that Chander served as Chief financial officer (CFO) for HP's PC business in Asia pacific region that included diverse markets right from India to New Zealand.
DEEPTI SUNEJA
VP - Business DevelopmentDeepti holds a Bachelors in Science from Delhi University and PGDM from ICFAI. She has over 15+ years of versatile experience in sales, operations and training in Hindustan Times (HT), and Educomp, Career Launcher and PT education. At HT, she worked on setting up sales and operations, whereas at Educomp and Career Launcher centers, she led the Business Development activities. She has expertise in the areas of Education Sales, Business Intelligence, Alliances and Sales Analytics, with excellence in client facing roles including P&L Management, Business Expansion, Clients Acquisition and Accounts Management.
Sakshi Khattar
Head - AcademicsSakshi has more than 20 years of experience in managing and leading training and learning and development initiatives for organizations, and creating value for the L&D function through leadership development and solution architect. A specialist in designing programs for new hire-onboarding, role transition and core skill building requirements. Has led several L&D projects for corporates in the capacity of L&D PMO.She comes with rich experience in Talent Development, Resource Management, Performance Management and Project Management domains.

Head - HRManisha is a Senior HR professional with more than 10 years of experience in core HR functions. Manisha has experience in heading HR in diverse organisations including schools, startups, turn-around, growth phase and stable. A natural forward planner who critically assesses own performance. She is responsible for teachers hiring, reward and recognition, training coordination, employee motivation and retention policies. She is highly reliable, agile and people focused leader.
SHAILJA VARMA
Head - OperationsShailja holds an MPhil from JNU and has an experience of more than 25 years in corporates training and operations management she is an innovative and results-driven professional with diverse experience and always strive for optimizing process with customer focus in mind. She has managed large training projects for eAge with clients like HUL, Colgate and many more corporate organisations. She ran the complete operations, quality review and customer feedback/grievance of large scale projects and also works closely with large partners. She is an extremely humble personality with one clear focus -how to make the customers successful. In addition to her corporate experience she spent significant amount of time teaching and managing administration in schools and understand the target segment very well.
NASIR KHAN
CTONasir is a senior IT professional and has an experience of more than 20 years with brands like Network18 and Nagaro. He understands the software development cycle to the core and can develop with agile process keeping consumer needs in mind. He has worked on large scale projects and has expertise in developing consumer/Education portals. He is responsible for portal development, virtual class development and mobile strategy. On Academics front, he has done B.Tech and MBA (IT) from a reputed university.
